Electropicks is committed to serving businesses and resellers, and as such, we do not set a strict minimum order quantity (MOQ). However, we kindly ask that all orders placed on our platform by businesses meet a minimum purchase value of $50 for products, excluding tax and shipping. This policy is in place to ensure that our services are tailored to businesses’ needs while preventing individuals from placing orders.
Do you provide additional discounts for larger quantity purchases?

Free Next Day Pick Up: You can pick up your order directly from our store the next day.
Local Delivery: We offer delivery for residents of Markham, Vaughan, and Richmond Hill for a flat rate. Please note that this option is currently available exclusively in these cities.

How do I initiate a return, and when can I expect to receive a refund?
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email our customer service team at info@electropicks.ca to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you have received your RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging. Include the RMA form provided.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item. we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 3 to 5 days from the receipt of your items to process your return or exchange.ย We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

We offer product returns or replacements within a 60-day window from the date of purchase. It’s important to note that products must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a return or replacement.

Our agent in China conducts quality checks and tests on a random selection of products before shipping containers. Additionally, we perform random product checks to further ensure that customers receive fully functional items.

What should I do if the package is lost during shipping or if I receive damaged products?
We take shipping safety seriously. All our shipments include shipping insurance coverage.
In the event of damage during shipping, we will initiate a shipping insurance claim. Once the claim is resolved, and a refund is released to us, you will either receive an amount equal to the damage or a full refund if the products are completely damaged or lost! Or we can arrange to resend the items that were missing from your order subject to stock availability.
